Sahil Seth
Founder
After completing his B.Sc in Hospitality in 2008 from IHM, PUSA, New Delhi, Sahil went on to work in the sales and marketing departments of a number of hotel companies over a span of 7 years. In 2015 he chose to go freelance and co-founded SimplyFest; a community-building platform for young and aspiring entrepreneurs, musicians and artists. Simultaneously, he founded MIAGO and took on consulting assignments in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh to satiate (and monetize) his love for travel and new experiences. Sahil has spent the last 8 years working with varied boutique properties and received a first-hand understanding of running and marketing unique hospitality units.
Most recently, he completed his Yoga Teachers’ Training Certification from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre (Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand).
Geetanjali Gusain
With over 22 years of leadership across diverse sectors, Geetanjali is a seasoned strategist with a deep-rooted expertise in driving high-impact organizational transformation and operational excellence within the Hospitality, Financial Services, and Agritech sector.
She is passionate about hospitality and has carved a unique niche in bridging the gap between luxury hospitality vision and technical operational execution. At MRS Hotels she has driven Green Key certification for Suryagarh and liaised with the public sector for conversion of heritage properties into high end projects and led city-level tourism projects. In her past life she has been a pre-opening team member at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur and has also driven the hotel operational model for Hilton PAN India.
Her career is defined by a purpose-led approach. Leveraging her extensive background in ESG governance and strategic planning, she has recently held the position of Managing Director for Plantix Agritech India, a subsidiary of HELM AG. Recognized by Trade Flock as one of India’s Most Impactful Women Leaders 2025, she excels at building resilient, ethical business models that prioritize both heritage and community while ensuring her projects remain financially robust.
